It's that time of year again.
We have a great auction lined up!
The Board of Directors counts on proceeds from our auctions to defray operating expenses. These take three forms. In February we we hold our annual Country Lot Sale. In May is our annual Silent Auction at the Rocky Mountain Stamp Show and in October is our annual Bulk Lot auction held at the library. Lot descriptions and auction catalogs are mailed as hard copy to members. Non members are allowed to bid as well. Visit the auction at www.rmplauctions.org to view the lots and bid.
You may be confident that every cent from every lot will go toward the library's bills.
This is possible because all of the lots have been donated and every person on the staff is a volunteer. The library exists because of the hearts of its volunteers, and because of people like you who support it.
This auction is our annual Country lot sale featuring between 400 and 450 lots. These will be a combination of country lots and lots of individual covers and postcards. The lots may be viewed the week preceding the sale in the library annex meeting room.
This auction features 750 to 800 lots of quality single stamps, sets, and covers. This auction is a silent auction and is held in conjunction with the Rocky Mountain Stamp Show. Lots may be viewed the week before the show and at the show.
This is our annual Bulk and Large lot auction. There will be between 250 and 300 lots of stamp albums and accumulations. There are also lots of covers and postcards, supplies, albums, ephemera and books. The lots may be viewed the week preceding the sale in the library annex meeting room.
We appreciate your participation!
